Job Description

Control Room Officer Responsibilities
  • Managing attendance records for all UNION Employees.
  • Monitoring CCTV and alarms for all sites.
  • Responding to system alarms and fault indicators in accordance with protocols.
  • Managing and administering the keys and electronic access system for card access, provisions, and access transaction reports in accordance with compliance requirements.
  • Performing security duties, access control, patrolling, and crowd management for events when needed.
  • Attending and responding to enquiries via email and calls.
  • Conducting physical patrols of the premises when needed.
  • Supporting and responding to any security incidents, assisting in evacuation, and escalating in accordance with standard protocol and relevant departments.
