Oversee and manage all aspects of accounting function, and be accountable for the accounting functions at the acquired entities
Implement and oversee robust and efficient monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes at company and acquired entities, including the consolidation of all operating entities into a parent company
Preparation of monthly financial statements (with qualitative commentary) for internal team, Board and shareholders
