The Technician Senior - Controls service is a key role reporting directly to the Field Line Manager, Aftermarket and will be based in Dubai. The key role of a Technician senior shall be:
Day to day execution of the Service and Maintenance in line with Company Best Practices.Carry out service, maintenance and retrofit projects on BMS systems used for comfort and energy efficiency across large size project comprising Hospital, Retail & Commercial Buildings.Strong Knowledge on Testing & commissioning BMS system, 3rd party integration, Programming logics, Graphics building.Coordination with Sub contractors to get the job done for BMS installations.Conduct planning, scheduling, directing, monitoring, controlling for uniform service execution.Attend critical infrastructures and ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure KPIs are met & Continuous monitoring of Service Level Agreement compliance.Ali...
