Under the supervision of the Director of Convention Services and the Assistant Director of Convention Services, the Convention Services Manager is responsible for independently managing, coordinating, and executing all group assignments turned over by the Groups & Conventions Sales team. This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and a high level of professionalism to ensure flawless execution of group events while maximizing revenue opportunities and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. The Convention Services Manager acts as the primary point of contact for clients from turnover through post-event evaluation, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and all operational departments are aligned for successful event delivery.
