A well-established and reputable law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Assistant to join its busy Residential Property team in their office located between Pontefract and Doncaster.


This is a great opportunity for someone with some experience in a similar role to develop their career within a supportive and structured environment.


The role:

  • Processing tasks using digital dictation (BigHand)

  • Using a case management system

  • Requesting searches, carrying out AML checks and submitting Land Registry applications

  • Handling telephone calls and dealing with enquiries from clients and third parties

  • Managing incoming emails, post and scanning, and responding to correspondence as appropriate
