We are currently working with a well-established and reputable law firm based in Mansfield, who are looking to recruit an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and friendly environment.

Conveyancing Paralegal Key responsibilities:

Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion

Handling a caseload of sale, purchase, remortgage and transfer of equity files

Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence

Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties

Conducting property searches and reviewing title documents

Providing general administrative support to the team
