Job Description

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a conveyancing secretary is ESSENTIAL
  • Currently residing in Somerset West or the immediate surroundings
  • Working knowledge of Lexis Nexis

Reporting to the Senior Conveyancing Secretary, duties will include but not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Conveyancing secretary
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents and other legal entities by mail and phone
  • Maintain electronic filing system
  • Schedule appointments and manage diary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails
  • General office administration duties such as ordering of stationery and kitchen supplies
