SGA Lists is a premier hospitality staffing firm, and we are currently seeking cooks who will be responsible for stocking, preparing, and serving food on the various food stations (Grill, Deli, Hot Entrée Serving Table), as well as performing other FOH duties, and cleaning.Responsibilities:

Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals following prescribed recipes and portion controls to meet the nutritional needs of patients and staff.

Quality Assurance: Monitor food quality and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation by health department regulations.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of food inventory and communicate with the procurement team to ensure adequate supplies.
