Job Summary
- Prepare batter for chicken and seafood, fries, and any other fried products
- Monitor holding times of chicken, seafood, fries, and any other fried products
- Turn and pull product past holding time
- Stock sandwich area, prepare and package sandwiches
- Bake and dress biscuits
- Heat inserts of prepared products for the front line
- Assist in filling and packaging orders
- Monitor and correct the cleanliness of the restaurant
