We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cook.

In this role, the successful candidate Prepares foods for patient trayline and cafeteria in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Prepares foods for patient trayline and cafeteria in accordance with production sheets and standardized recipes to ensure foods meet established quality and quantity standards.
  • Maintains the cooking area in a neat, orderly, and sanitary manner.
  • Documents on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) temperature log sheets in accordance with departmental policy.
  • Offers suggestions to enhance systems, processeswork methods, and recipe development for production.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    To qualify you must have a High School or GED
    1 - 2 years Cooking in a Restaurant or Hospital.
