About the Role
Cafe Colmado is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Cook to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing quality food in a fast-paced environment while helping keep our kitchen running smoothly through organized ingredient inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Café Colmado's recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen workspace at all times
- Monitor, track, and replenish ingredient inventory; communicate low-stock items to management
- Receive and inspect deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
- Assist with opening and/or closing kitchen duties as needed
- Support both in café and delivery service orders
