  • 协助副厨管理厨房日常运作, 维护库存。确保菜品按照SOP / 标准进行。
  • 具备高级的烹饪技能和创新能力。熟悉各种烹饪方法,调味技巧和食材的加工。
  • Support the Sous Chef in running kitchen operations.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, safety, and personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve quality food by strictly following the preparation guidelines.
  • Manage inventory and stock receipt.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum culinary certificate and at least 1 year of related working experience in dining restaurants. 拥有烹饪文凭,至少1年中/西餐中端餐馆厨师经验
  • Must have Chinese wok skills.
