Job Responsibilities


  • Assist Head Chef in all aspects of assigned kitchen preparation.

  • Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation.

  • Maintain the overall kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Maintain all kitchen’s equipment, machineries, crockery to optimum levels.

  • Keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.

  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, daily highlights and promotions.

  • Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with SFA & other governmental regulations & compliance.

  • Adhere to recipes and stock management.
  • Skills / Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in basic culinary position, preferably in similar operations style.

  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
