Responsibilities - Prepare and cook dishes according to cafe recipes and standards (brunch, mains, pastas, sharing plates, desserts).
- Assist in menu preparation, including specials and seasonal items.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet the cafe’s standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and storage standards.
