**Responsibilities** :

+ Create CAPEX and OPEX requisitions needed by site and monitor through approvals
+ Follow up on vendor delays in payments
+ Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews.
+ Work with site leadership to determine discretionary purchases
