Working Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, this full-time role requires a minimum of five years in Patient Services. The coordinator will handle phone inquiries, manage payroll, and distribute crucial communications among staff, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to phone inquiries from staff and clients
• Enter payroll data accurately for timely processing
• Distribute protocols and correspondence for staff communication
• Maintain detailed logs of issues and solutions
• Schedule staff per collective agreements and monitor attendance
