Position Overview
Under the general direction of the Director of Security Services, the incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of all training programs required by the Security Department.
The incumbent's position is to ensure all staff have been properly trained, and their personal development continues to grow and increase as members of the Security Department.
Coordinates all departmental investigations, including conducting serious and sensitive investigations, personally. This includes internal investigations. Provides input into the evaluation of staff and the department’s QA program. Participates in the interviewing and hiring of new staff.
