Job Summary
The Maintenance Coordinator will cover the maintenance activities, operation effectiveness and current/future planning of maintenance for the district/region.
Job Responsibilities
Receive the work daily program from the Programmer and to verify reception of materials and the necessary tools. Designate appropriate members of teams to execute the specified work. Establish the performance goals with the Work team; to monitor and control work quality, quantity and safety in accordance with the policies and procedures of CEMEX Group. Encourage work team members, acknowledging achievements and correcting inadequate performance. Guarantee that maintenance and operation programs are duly established and executed in accordance with specifications.
