: This position provides a variety of comprehensive administrative and support duties to Regional Operations Directors and requires a diverse range of skills and thorough knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative secretarial support for Regional Operations Directors

  • Compose and edit correspondence and memos from dictation, written, and verbal direction

  • Manage confidential and non-routine information with absolute confidentiality

  • Prepare, transcribe, compose, type, edit and distribute agendas and minutes of meetings as needed or requested

  • Review mail, determine level of priority, and process accordingly

  • Coordinate RODs electronic calendar and coordinate meetings

  • Make travel arrangements as requested

  • Reconcile and track expense reports to ensure accuracy of all account codes for correct payment of expenses
