Job Scope:
Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Import / Export (Incoterm / Invoice & packing list etc)
Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoints)
Diploma/ Degree Holderwith at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Candidates must be comfortable with working overtime and overseas travel
Knowledge and experience in usingincoterms
Experiencing inissuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders
