MISSION / SUMMARY:
The Coordinator, Technical Training is responsible for communicating with production management to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals, managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs with the help of production trainers, revising Standard Operating Procedures, utilizing multiple forms of training media and assuring safety in the workplace and adherence to our Quality System.
