• Monitor service delivery and ensure high standards.
• Coordinate day‑one onboarding and starts for all assignments.
• Prioritize job orders and support requests based on urgency.
• Collaborate with the Talent Center to source top talent.
• Optimize job descriptions to encourage candidate self‑selection through the app.
• Guide talent through the app onboarding process and required background checks.
• Ensure quality placements by utilizing our specialized matching model.

What You Need to Bring

• A proven sales track record of qualifying and closing deals.
