We are working with a leading local law firm who is looking for a Corporate Associate to join the team due to growth.
The role will focus on M&A, joint ventures, corporate structuring, and regulatory advisory work across a range of sectors.
Key Responsibilities - Support the execution of mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and joint venture transactions throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating transactional and commercial documents, including SPAs, SHAs, JV agreements, and ancillary documentation.
- Assist with corporate governance matters, including board procedures, shareholder rights, and constitutional documentation.
- Conduct legal research and provide clear, practical support to senior lawyers and clients.
- Liaise with regulators, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders as required.
- Manage multiple matters simultaneously, working closely with partners and senior associates.
