We are seeking a Corporate Counsel to join our in-house legal team, with primary responsibility for contract review and transactional support across a diversified holding company and its portfolio of operating businesses and investment vehicles. Reporting to the CFO / COO, the Corporate Counsel will serve as a trusted advisor to Tide Rock executives, our portfolio company CEO's, and external advisors. This is a high-impact role for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment, enjoys solving commercial problems, and is energized by the opportunity to build scalable legal infrastructure that supports growth at both the holding company and portfolio levels.
