We are looking for a Corporate Development and M&A Associate with solid sell- and buy-side transaction experience and strong commercial acumen to join and strengthen the Group’s corporate development and M&A function, focused on energy and infrastructure.
The role offers the opportunity to gain experience across the entire investment and transaction life cycle, from origination and strategic assessment through to execution and post-transaction activities. The role will provide exposure to senior management and will include working with cross-functional teams, including investment and project development, finance and accounting, legal, corporate and project finance, and others.
