Job Description
The Position:
Ensuring the preparation of event & meeting spaces, including AV and furniture setup and pack down to meet client’s expectations.Ensure meeting rooms are reset and stocked and resolve any equipment issues promptly.Greeting guests, cleaning event and meeting spaces and clearing tables.Working closely with the commercial catering team to coordinator menu requests.Support the catering team in general operational tasks, as required.Provide a friendly and welcoming experience for guests using client facing workspaces and attending internal events, acting as the face of our clients brand.Proactive and predictive service delivery and excellenceMaintain the event and meeting spaces on assigned commercial site/floors as the corporate showcase to all visitors Our Benefits:
