Qualifications

• Degree in Actuarial Science/Accounting/Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in corporate management or a similar role; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply as MANAGEMENT TRAINEE .
• Familiarity with the oil palm industry or agricultural sectors is an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal), with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to travel to various operational sites and departments as part of the learning process.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
