About the role

PwC New Zealand is the leading M&A advisor in the market and the only Big 4 firm with a fully integrated deals capability across M&A, infrastructure, debt advisory, property and transaction services. We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance (Deals) team in Wellington. The role provides hands‑on exposure to live buy‑side and sell‑side transactions, close partner access, and a clear pathway toward Manager‑level responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support buy‑side and sell‑side M&A transactions, including transaction analysis, due diligence support and execution activities.
• Build, review and own financial models and business valuations, including DCFs, trading and transaction comparables, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare high‑quality client deliverables such as information memoranda (IMs), investment papers, valuation reports and board and shareholder presentations.
