Your new role

This corporate solicitor role will see you join a good sized team. You will advise on M&A work, corporate restructuring work, investments and JV/shareholder agreements, as well as LLP and partnership agreements. In addition, you will have the opportunity to get involved in AIM and Plc related work. The client list is established and includes a number of well known entities. You can look forward to leading on a number of deals and working with the wider team on other matters.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer with 6+ years' pqe. With good technical andmunication skills, you should be adept at forging strong long-term relationships with clients.
