Introduction

We are a global investment house seeking to hire a commercially minded and solutions-oriented transactional lawyer to join our in-house legal team in Singapore. We welcome candidates from both private practice and in-house backgrounds. For those currently in‑house, prior training and experience at reputable law firms is required. The ideal candidate would be an M&A or private‑equity lawyer trained at a top‑tier international or Singapore law firm and/or investment firm. Experience with fund investments, fund formation and co‑investments will be a strong advantage, given the growing volume of work in this area.
