The role will involve mergers & acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, commercial contracts and company secretarial, as well as IP/T and corporate finance. The successful applicant can expect to deal with a wide variety of clients across various corporate projects and you can expect to have regular client contact and be responsible for projects with guidance and supervision right from the start.
