Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
• Support private equity investments, joint ventures, restructurings, and strategic transactions.
• Conduct legal due diligence and manage transaction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, counterparties, and external advisors throughout deal execution.
• Provide commercial and strategic legal advice on corporate matters.
• Work closely with partners and senior stakeholders on high-profile transactions.
