Job Summary:
Researches, recruits, screens, interviews, and refers qualified candidates for exempt positions as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with leadership to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required.
- Interviews leadership level candidates to assess their knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Effectively source for leadership level roles using different job boards.
- Negotiates salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.
- Ensures clerical procedures are in accordance with Federal, State, and EEOC requirements.
- Drives continuous improvement through trend reporting analysis and metrics management.
