The Role

• Advising on the tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, private equity transactions and joint ventures.
• Providing strategic tax advice to UK and international clients across a wide range of sectors.
• Working closely with colleagues in the Corporate, Banking, Real Estate and Employment teams on multidisciplinary matters.
• Supporting clients on employee incentives, share schemes, VAT and stamp taxes, as well as wider corporate tax issues.
• Building strong client relationships and playing an active role in business development initiatives.

The Candidate

• Applications are welcomed from Corporate Tax Solicitors with at least 2 years PQE gained at a recognised regional, national or international firm.
