Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver interactive training sessions for front office store teams and back office staff.
  • Lead onboarding programs for new employees ensuring smooth integration into the company.
  • Communicate company processes standards and culture effectively through engaging storytelling.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and create tailored learning modules.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness providing feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador instilling confidence professionalism and enthusiasm in all sessions.
  • Conduct follow-ups on audit findings to identify key areas for improvement and drive actionable development.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in training preferably in hospitality or retail.
  • Strong public speaking and storytelling skills able to captivate and energize audiences.
