Senior Lead DevOps Engineer (AWS) – Hands-on & Mentorship


Role Overview:


We are looking for a Senior Lead DevOps Engineer to serve as a technical anchor for Payments Engineering team. In this role, you will spend your time on high-level technical execution—architecting and implementing robust AWS solutions, mentoring team members, conducting code reviews, and establishing engineering best practices. You will be the go-to expert for complex troubleshooting and architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Engineering: Design, build, and maintain scalable AWS infrastructure using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Mentorship & Coaching: Lead technical workshops, perform detailed code reviews for Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
  • CI/CD Excellence: Optimize deployment pipelines to ensure a high Change Success Rate and low Mean Time to Recovery (MTTR).
