Job Description and Duties Additional duties may be required based on departmental needs, as outlined in the Duty Statements attached to this job control. This position supervises classification staff working with incarcerated people in the Mental Health Services Delivery System (MHSDS) at the Enhanced Outpatient Program (EOP) and Correctional Clinical Case Management System (CCCMS), as well as General Population (GP) incarcerated people not participating in the MHSDS. You will be responsible for monitoring and directing the classification process. You have a key role in ensuring collaboration between custody, nursing, and mental health staff. You will ensure assigned staff are utilizing de‐escalation techniques, show a willingness to motivate inmates to attend all out of cell activities, and are collaborating across disciplines.
