Cost Accountant – Manufacturing

Join a stable manufacturing operation where you’ll own plant-level costing and partner directly with operations. This role drives visibility into materials, labor, and overhead to improve performance and margin.

What you’ll do:

+ Maintain and update standard costs
+ Analyze variances and support decision-making
+ Lead inventory and production cost reporting
+ Support month-end close and reconciliations
+ Partner with plant leadership on cost improvements

What you need:

+ Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance
+ 3–4+ years of plant/manufacturing accounting (required)
+ Standard costing & ERP experience
+ Strong Excel and analytical skills
