Job Summary

Civil Engineer (Cost and Contracts Engineer) position at LBL PRIME PROPERTIES INCORPORATED . As a Civil Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Project Coordination & Management: Civil/Structural/Architectural works, MEPF works, budget and cost management, and commercial and financial tracking.
• Bidding & Procurement: Preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, and bills of quantities. You will also handle material submissions, ordering, procurement, and supplier/subcontractor quotation and evaluation.
• Cost Analysis & Control:
  • Reviewing building plans to prepare quantity needs and material costs.
  • Creating price forecasts and conducting feasibility studies.
  • Finding ways to reduce project costs while ensuring value for money.
  • Measuring and valuing work done on-site.
