Experience: 8–10 Years
Position: Aluminum Factory (Industry-Based Experience)
Job Purpose
To monitor, control, and report project costs to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets, while maintaining financial accuracy, efficiency, and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Costing, Budgeting & Codes
- Prepare project budgets based on BOQ, drawings, and project scope.
- Develop cost breakdown structure (CBS) aligned with WBS.
- Understand cost codes, resources, and work breakdown structure (WBS).
Cost Monitoring & Control
- Track actual vs budgeted cost and perform variance analysis.
- Monitor material cost, labor productivity, and efficiency.
- Highlight cost deviations and support corrective actions.
