We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cost Control Officer to join the team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a significant background in hotel cost control F&B costing inventory management and financial analysis within the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control costs across all hotel departments (F&B Rooms Utilities Procurement etc.).
- Review and verify daily cost reports purchase requests and inventory transactions.
- Prepare monthly cost variance reports and support the Finance team in budgeting and forecasting.
- Conduct regular store audits spot-checks and inventory reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and hotel financial policies.
- Analyses price trends and coordinate with purchasing for cost-efficient sourcing.
