AESG are currently recruiting a Cost Manager (Civil) to join our cost management team to work on a project in Dubai.
As a Cost Manager , you will support project leader in generating a high standard of service delivery, achieving successful outcomes for our client, and reinforcing our reputation as a preferred service provider.
Job Purpose - Day-to-day management of AESG Cost Management project delivery, resource management, and proposals (if needed).
- Attend regular meetings with clients and lead commercial meetings.
- Manage and motivate the cost management team.
- Manage multiple client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience - BSc or MSc in a Quantity Surveying or Contracts related field.
- Strong understanding of construction costs in UAE and KSA
- Preferred minimum 4+ years of working experience.
