Central Toronto Youth Services (CTYS) is looking for a dedicated Youth and Family Counsellor to support 2SLGBTQIA+ youth aged 12-24. This role emphasizes trauma-informed counselling and community-based approaches to mental health.
You will offer individual, group, and family therapy, employing strategies rooted in trauma and attachment theories. Flexibility is key, as you will provide service access through after-hours appointments. Collaboration across various support systems—schools, families, and community resources—is essential to ensure holistic client care and effective outcomes.
