• Work with Regional Manager, to identify future talent for succession and organises learning and development opportunities to support them develop and grow.
• Provides clear direction and leadership to all team members, delivering open and honest feedback to all regarding their performance and behaviours.
• Recruits fantastic people into the business, following the ghd recruitment process and nurtures for success to achieve a high staff retention rate.
• To prepare rotas a minimum of a month in advance that are fair and consistent, ensuring the concession is sufficiently covered at all times, attendance and timekeeping is to an acceptable standard
