Job Description
Open-Concept Foot Reflexology, Assisted Stretch and Shiatsu Body Massage Parlor Hiring Bilingual Counter Receptionist Job Description Responsibilities - Opening/closing for the days.
- Taking customers bookings from walk-ins, WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Detailing/planning service time slots for massage therapists according to customer requests and time.
- Collecting payments from customers, requesting initials on massage package card upon completion of service.
Requirements - Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with English and Mandarin speaking customers.
- Friendly, outspoken, smart and quick minded.
- Positive attitude towards work and able to blend in with all colleagues.
- Basic computer knowledge.
Shift Options - Part time (flat-rate salary)
- 6 days per week (Sundays off)
- Monday to Saturday: 9:45 am-1:45 pm
