Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with clients directly at the counter and over the phone to understand their travel needs.
- Curate, design, and sell highly customised holiday packages tailored to customer preferences.
- Draft detailed, accurate, and engaging travel itineraries.
- Handle end-to-end booking processes and maintain clear communication with clients.
- Travel with and manage group tours for both domestic and international trips, ensuring a seamless experience for the travellers.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Languages:
