Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Business Development

• Develop and execute the Singapore country business plan in alignment with Asia Pacific strategy.
• Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities in EV charging, microgrid, and integrated energy solutions.
• Drive market share expansion and ensure achievement of revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets.

Sales & Key Account Management

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, solution design, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level and senior decision makers at key accounts (utilities, real estate developers, fleet operators, automotive OEMs, government agencies).
• Represent the company in industry forums, government engagements, and strategic partnerships.
