We’re looking for a Country Manager to build and run the local operations — ensuring a seamless experience for customers as we grow.
This role is about execution excellence across operations, customer experience, and team management.
What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day operations in the Philippines
- Ensure high-quality customer experience across onboarding and ongoing service
- Manage and improve customer support and retention
- Coordinate closely with central teams (product, growth, academic)
- Build and manage local team (CS, operations, mentors)
- Identify and fix operational bottlenecks quickly

- Strong operations or customer experience background
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage teams and processes
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
