Technical Competencies & Experience: - Outstanding planning and organizing abilities.
- Strong proficiency with management systems and computer literacy.
- Strong customer engagement and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in leading technical teams.
- The capacity to manage several projects at once while working under duress.
- Strong ability to solve problems and make decisions.
- Knowledge of electrical infrastructure and solar PV systems is beneficial.
- Project management, operations, or technical management experience.
Duties: - For every operational site, oversee and manage the scheduled maintenance and services.
- Oversee and direct support personnel, technical teams, and project teams.
- Meet with existing customers periodically to strengthen relationships.
