The Role

Title: Country Manager - South Africa

Location: Cape Town (On-site, 5 days per week)

Responsibilities

• Lead the South Africa office as the primary on the ground leadership presence, owning how the office operates day to day
• Drive alignment and consistency across Player Support, Compliance, and shared support functions
• Set and uphold high standards for people leadership, performance management, and culture across teams
• Identify cross team operational, structural, and people related gaps, and turn these into clear improvement plans
• Lead and scale shared support functions including Workforce Management, Training & Development, and Workplace Experience
• Partner closely with UK stakeholders to ensure strong alignment between strategy and local execution
